NP Risnjak

Risnjak is a forested mountain massive not far from the city of Rijeka. Risnjak was pronounced as a National park in year 1958. Park has a big climate various and several of vegetation, fauna and enzootic plants. Risnjak makes vegetation boards between seaside and Mediterranean climate. Besides amazing forests, pines trees, alpine and sub alpine vegetation is possible to see here rocks walls, karsts shapes and headwaters. There live: bears, grouses, lines, wolfs and wild cats.
